- Naming your venue as additional insured, sent with the contract rather than after you chase it.
- W-9
- Provided up front, so it never holds up your AP process.
- One itemised invoice
- Everything on separate lines, in a form finance will accept without a second conversation.
- Net-30 available
- On approval. We do not force a wedding deposit structure onto a company.
- A named contact for the night
- Given to you before the event and reachable throughout it, so nobody on your team is looking for whoever is in charge.
Working around a program
A corporate party is not a wedding. There are usually remarks from leadership, an award, a video, and a window where people need to hear each other talk. Music that fights that is worse than no music.
So the volume comes down for dinner and networking, stops dead the moment a microphone is picked up, and the room gets loud later when that is what it is for. The transitions are rehearsed with whoever is running your run of show.
When to book
Holiday parties are typically decided August through October for November and December dates. New Year’s Eve goes earliest of all. If December is on your list and it is already autumn, it is worth asking now rather than in six weeks.
