Pricing
Published, not quoted on request.
Most bands in this market quote on request. Here is the whole rate card, so you can build a number for your event without waiting on an email.
How it works
Two parts. A call-out covers the evening we commit regardless of length — travel, load-in, setup, sound check, strike, load-out and production. Then an hourly rate for performance time.
A duo playing one hour still uses a whole evening, so a four-hour block is the wrong unit. This way a one-hour cocktail set and a four-hour reception are both priced honestly.
There is no overtime rate. Additional time bills at the same hourly figure in 30-minute increments. Hour five costs what hour four cost, so there is nothing to negotiate at 11pm in front of your client.

Booking more than one part of the night
Once we are in the building the call-out is already paid. So adding a smaller group for the ceremony, cocktails or dinner bills at the hourly rate only, with no second call-out.
An hour of cocktail duo added to a full band booking is $450. An hour of DJ after the band is $350. Two separate vendors cannot reach those numbers, because both would charge you a full setup.
Booking three or more parts of the night together takes 10% off. It is offered, never required — if you want your own ceremony musician and us for dancing, that is a normal booking.
Common questions
- What does a band cost for a corporate event in Denver?
- Our published rates run from $1,050 for a one-hour duo up to $18,000 for a thirteen-piece over four hours. Most corporate parties land between $6,000 and $12,500. Sound, lighting and an engineer are included at every size. Travel outside the metro and holiday weekends are quoted as separate lines, never folded into the total.
- How is the price calculated?
- Two parts. A call-out covers the evening we commit regardless of length — travel, load-in, setup, sound check, strike and production. Then an hourly rate for performance time. That means a one-hour booking is priced honestly rather than forced into a four-hour block, and there is no overtime rate: hour five costs what hour four cost.
- Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
- Yes, naming your venue as additional insured, sent with the contract rather than after you ask. A W-9 and an itemised invoice come with it.
- Can one booking cover cocktails and dancing?
- Yes, and it is cheaper than two vendors. Once we are in the building the call-out is already paid, so adding a smaller group for ceremony, cocktails or dinner bills at the hourly rate only. An hour of cocktail duo added to a full band booking is $450.
- Who do we deal with on the night?
- One named person, given to you before the event and reachable throughout it — usually one of the players, most often the bandleader. You are never hunting for whoever looks in charge. That is included in every booking and is not an add-on.
- How far in advance should we book?
- Corporate holiday parties are typically decided August through October for November and December. Weddings and galas run longer — ten to twelve months, and twelve to eighteen for a mountain venue or a fall Saturday.
