For clients and planners
Preferred Vendor List.
Putting on an event means hiring six or seven people who have to work well together on the day. These are the ones we’d hand to our own clients, and the list stays short on purpose. If someone here isn’t right for your event, we’ll tell you.
Every name links to the vendor’s own site, and each one is here because we’ve seen their work up close and would book them again.
Venues
Ask us where we’d hold it, and we’ll name a venue we’ve played and tell you what it’s like to work in.
Planning and coordination
Ask us which planner we’d want running the day, and we’ll give you a name we’ve worked beside.
Photography
Ask us who should shoot it, and we’ll give you the name of a photographer we’ve worked with.
Videography
Ask us who should film it, and we’ll give you the name of a videographer we’ve worked with.
Catering
Ask us who should feed the crowd, and we’ll give you the name of a caterer we’ve worked with.
Design and florals
Ask us who should dress the venue, and we’ll give you the name of a designer we’ve worked with.
