Denver holiday parties

A Denver corporate holiday party has 21 dates to land on.

Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays across November and December 2026, minus Thanksgiving and Christmas, come to 21 party dates. Ten are in December, and the whole market wants the same peak Fridays and Saturdays, marked below. Tell us the date and the venue, and we’ll check the booking calendar.

The season is decided August through October, and New Year's Eve books earliest of all. In Denver it’s tighter still: the companies filling the December calendars at the Brown Palace, the Four Seasons and the Oxford are choosing from the same short list of Saturdays.

The look

A December ballroom and a band that fills it.

The pairing

A duo through dinner, a DJ to close.

A Denver holiday party has two halves: dinner, which has to work at conversation volume, and a dance floor that has to turn. The pairing that covers both is a duo through cocktails and dinner with a DJ carrying the back half, through one sound system on one contract.

When one act should carry the whole night instead, Tejas Singh can start as a duo and finish as a quartet on a single contract, the same voice out front. Either way the night is one load-in and one invoice, with sound support included at every size.

Whichever way you go, the handoff is the part guests feel. There’s no gap while somebody finds a cable and no moment where the energy drops, and the music runs from the first drink to the last song.

Downtown venues

Downtown hotel logistics.

Denver's December concentrates in the hotels off 17th Street, the Brown Palace and Oxford class of calendar, with the Four Seasons a few blocks south and the club floors at the University Club of Denver and the Denver Athletic Club holding the member events. One kind of night runs through all of them: a program with remarks in it, dinner at conversation volume, and a dance floor that has to fill once the program ends.

The dock comes first. A downtown hotel schedules its dock the way it schedules its ballroom. Load-in runs through a dock window and a service elevator with its own calendar, and the banquet team wants footprint, power draw and timing before either is confirmed. We settle all three with the venue before the day, so the first your guests know of it is a band already playing.

The commonest load-in problem is shared power. A quartet takes 14 by 10 feet, 90 minutes of load-in and two dedicated 20-amp circuits; sharing a circuit with catering warmers is the usual cause of trouble at load-in. A duo needs 8 by 6 feet, one circuit and an hour.

Footprints, power and load-in by size are on the technical page, written so you can forward it to your venue contact. If the venue itself is still open, the Denver venue guide covers sixteen of this market's spaces one by one.

Questions

Denver holiday party questions.

What does a corporate holiday party band cost in Denver?
It depends on the size of the act, how long it plays, and the date, because a December Saturday is the busiest night of the year in this market. We don't publish prices. What live music costs across this market is on our pricing page; tell us the date, the venue and the guest count, and we'll come back with a recommendation and a price.
How many holiday party dates does Denver actually have?
Twenty-one. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays across November and December 2026, minus Thanksgiving and Christmas, come to 21 party dates, and 10 of them are in December. They're laid out on this page. Tell us the date and the venue and we'll check the booking calendar.
What does load-in look like at a downtown Denver hotel?
Through the dock and the service elevator, inside the windows the venue sets. We coordinate dock time, elevator window and power with the venue before the day. A band needs 45 to 90 minutes to load in depending on size, plus one or two dedicated 20-amp circuits; the full sheet by size is on our technical page.
Do December dates in Denver cost more?
Yes. December weekends cost more than a standard date everywhere in this market, and New Year's Eve is its own case again. What that means for your date is its own line on the quote.
When should a Denver company book its holiday party?
August through October. That's when the season is decided for November and December dates, and New Year's Eve books earliest of all. Booking early is how you get the date you want; it doesn't change the price.
